IQVIA is seeking a Senior Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee the centralized monitoring function for global studies from a remote LATAM location. The role collaborates with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost while ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and SOPs.

The candidate will manage CRAs and trial staff, develop analytics strategies, review study alerts, and mentor junior team members. Strong English and multitasking abilities are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects in line with protocol, SOPs and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies, including risk mitigation and regulatory tasks.
• May serve as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop and monitor study metrics, share trends and implement action plans; ensure RBM and monitoring strategy alignment.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation including eTMF oversight.
