IQVIA is seeking a Remote LATAM Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive oversight of the Centralized Monitoring team across global clinical projects, ensuring delivery matches sponsor contracts while optimizing speed, quality, and cost. Located remotely across LATAM, you will lead the monitoring strategy, manage resources, and collaborate with project teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor staff, advance analytics initiatives, and ensure compliance with ICH GCP and regional regulations.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
+3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
+2 years in a Lead role.
Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable local laws, regulations and guidelines.
Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead; manage IP, risk and mitigations for studies.
Mentor junior staff and coordinate resources across projects.
Develop monitoring strategies, thresholds, and RBM tools.
Attend study team and client meetings; support continuous process improvements.
