IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee remote, LATAM-based global projects. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery on contract, maintain quality and cost goals, and comply with ICH-GCP and local regulations.

You will manage study teams, oversee metrics, and contribute to analytics strategy while mentoring junior staff. 3+ years in clinical monitoring and 2+ years in a lead role are expected, with strong English proficiency.

Formación

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including advanced command of English.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in remote or on-site clinical monitoring leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Develop monitoring strategies, triggers, and RBM tools; support study teams and clients.
