IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM for a remote role. The position partners with the project and clinical lead to deliver project objectives, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

The candidate will lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global studies, manage resources, and contribute to analytics strategy. Strong English communication and regulatory knowledge are mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global assigned projects as per protocol, SOPs, and regulations.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, including risk mitigation and regulatory considerations.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools, including triggers/thresholds, for study execution.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
