IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver study objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery per IQVIA SOPs.

You will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team and mentor junior staff across global projects. The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring, +2 years in a lead role, and strong English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Support monitoring strategy and RBM tools; co-develop analytics.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources.
• Attend study team or client meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
