Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project/clinical leads
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies
• Mentor junior staff and oversee study metrics, trends and action plans
• Develop monitoring strategy, triggers, thresholds, and RBM tools
• Participate in study team and client meetings, ensure documentation and audit readiness
• Support continuous process improvements and risk mitigation across global projects
