IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to oversee the LATAM region from a remote capacity. This role partners with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while enhancing speed, quality, and cost efficiency in line with IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, mentor staff, and contribute to analytics strategy and RBM tools across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned studies.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor study metrics, develop analytics strategy, and support RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy development, attend meetings, and escalate issues.
• Ensure documentation and eTMF readiness for audits and project closeout.
