Sercanto srl is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote basis. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract, balancing speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include leading the Centralized Monitoring team, overseeing clinical deliverables, managing study metrics, developing analytics strategies, and mentoring junior staff across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Manage study/site metrics trending and action plans, review and triage clinical study alerts.
• Attend study team and client meetings and provide inputs to decision makers.
• Mentor or coach junior staff and develop RBM tools and templates to ensure data quality.
