IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM in a remote capacity. You will partner with project and clinical leads to achieve study objectives while optimizing delivery speed, quality, and cost, following IQVIA SOPs.

You'll oversee the Centralized Monitoring team globally, act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when needed, and mentor junior staff. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP knowledge.
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects per protocol and SOPs.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks, and mitigations.
• May assume Clinical Lead duties when assigned or at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, staff).
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop action plans from trends.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics development.
• Support monitoring strategy, triggers, and thresholds; attend meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive continuous process improvements.
• Develop RBM tools/templates and ensure audit readiness (eTMF oversight).
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
