Sercanto srl is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, able to work remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive study objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs.

Lead the monitoring team, oversee clinical deliverables, manage risks, mentor staff, and contribute to analytics strategy across globally allocated studies. Strong English and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation and study-wide actions.
• Manage resources across projects and mentor junior staff.
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with SOPs.
