IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery according to contract, SOPs, and guidelines, while optimizing speed, quality and cost. This remote role covers Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia and other LATAM sites.

The candidate will oversee the Centralized Monitoring team, manage CRAs and staff, ensure RBM tools are applied, and mentor junior staff while maintaining audit-ready documentation and robust study analytics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA) with knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented in delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team, align with project and clinical leads to oversee deliverables.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead and IP management for assigned study including regulatory aspects.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics, trend analysis and action planning with RBM tools.
• Develop analytics strategy and advanced analytics for studies.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team/client meetings and communicate study updates.
• Provide input to clinical teams for process improvements and issue escalation.
• Ensure documentation tools/templates are complete and audit-ready.
