IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to oversee global trials remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost in alignment with IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires leading a monitoring team, handling risk mitigation, and ensuring RBM tools are applied across studies. The position offers a remote LATAM work arrangement, with regular collaboration across regional teams and clients.

Formación

• Requires +3 years of remote or on-site clinical monitoring experience with ICH GCP compliance.
• Lead role experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead when appropriate and manage IPs and regulatory considerations.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools for study oversight.
• Collaborate with project management to shape monitoring strategies and action plans.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
