Sercanto srl is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote). You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, partnering with the project and clinical leads to ensure delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

Responsibilities include overseeing global projects, managing study metrics and trend analyses, mentoring junior staff, contributing to monitoring strategy and RBM tools, and ensuring audit readiness and timely study

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable local regulations.
• Strong English language skills (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee deliverables on global projects.
• Manage study metrics, trend analyses and action plans.
• Mentor junior staff and coach team members.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tool usage.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain clear study documentation.
• Participate in client meetings and key decision processes.
