Kelly Services seeks an Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple business lines for a remote LATAM team. You’ll manage 15-20 active requisitions, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair, inclusive selection process.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented approach with attention to detail, adaptability, and urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts.
• Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment.
• Partner with recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a fair selection process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and ensure a great candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
