Yuno is seeking a Technical Account Manager to strengthen and manage technical customer relationships across Latin America. The role requires at least 5 years of technical account management or integration engineering experience, particularly in the fintech sector. Candidates should be fluent in English and have a strong command of RESTful APIs, server-side languages, and project management skills. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical account management or integration engineering, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and API management tools.
• Hands-on experience in at least one server-side language: Golang, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for strategic accounts.
• Lead high-level discussions with customer leadership around technical strategy.
• Build deep knowledge of each customer's business model and operational needs.
