Kelly Services is seeking a fully remote Associate Recruiter to support Americas-wide hiring efforts. You will manage a high-volume requisition workload, source candidates across multiple channels, and screen applicants to ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, maintain accurate records in Bullhorn, and contribute to metrics that drive process improvements.

Formación

• : Minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably high-volume.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts simultaneously or in multiple locations.
• Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
