Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the Americas. You will manage 15-20 active requisitions while coordinating with 2-3 client accounts, delivering an inclusive, efficient recruitment process and keeping precise records in Bullhorn.

This fully remote role requires strong communication and organizational skills, sourcing candidates via job boards and social channels, and contributing to continuous improvement of our hiring practices.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume or operational hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Manage 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts.
• Maintain consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure fair and inclusive selection.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvements.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
