Kelly is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across multiple business lines in a fully remote LATAM setup. You will source, screen, and engage candidates via job boards, social media, and our Bullhorn ATS, while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a fair and inclusive process.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of recruiting experience, strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Minimum of 2+ years recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining confidentiality.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data to support hiring decisions and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Kelly's ATS Bullhorn.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
