IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive global project deliverables from LATAM with a remote work setup. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality, and cost per contract requirements while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead position, and strong English communication. Expect leadership of a multi-country team and a focus on analytics and RBM tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead when assigned, managing IP and risk mitigation.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study analytics strategy and advanced analytics; support monitoring strategy and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs to decision makers.
• Ensure documentation, tools/templates, and eTMF readiness; mentor junior staff.
