Nortal’s LATAM remote team is seeking a FinOps Associate to validate, analyze, and monitor financial flows for accuracy and compliance.

You will reconcile transactional data, review automated results, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies; Advanced English is essential for US client communication. This is a 100% remote role with LATAM coworking spaces encouraged.

Formación

• Advanced student of Accounting or Economics or related field.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills and data handling.
• Experience with reconciliations or auditing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute reconciliation processes for full transactional flows to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Review automated reconciliation results, identify discrepancies and report issues.
• Ensure processes meet SLAs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
