FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist to drive growth in Peru. You will identify and onboard new introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners while expanding client base across LATAM. Strong fintech knowledge and multilingual communication are essential.

You will work remotely, collaborating with marketing and compliance and reporting to the Regional Director. A background in Forex/CFDs with a robust partner network will help you excel in this role.

Formación

• 2+ years in business development/sales in Forex/CFDs or financial trading
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, or HNW clients
• Knowledge of MT4/MT5, cTrader and TradingView platforms and brokerage services

Responsabilidades

• Identify, onboard, and manage new IBs, affiliates, and partners in Peru
• Drive client acquisition and revenue growth through outreach, referrals, events, and partnerships
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and affiliates
• Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity in FX/CFD industry
• Collaborate with marketing and compliance to ensure compliant campaigns and partnerships
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for Regional Director
• Represent FP Markets at industry events, expos, and webinars
