Retail Human Resources plc, a fast-growing forex broker, seeks an ambitious business development executive to expand its footprint across Argentina and LATAM. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and partners, and convert leads into active trading clients.

• Experience in forex/CFD industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs) and partners.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Argentina and LATAM.
• Build and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
