Retail Human Resources plc in Argentina seeks an ambitious business development executive to expand its footprint across Argentina and the wider LATAM region, collaborating with sales, marketing, and client relations to grow partners and trading clients.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, and potential partners, represent the company at industry events, conduct market research, and help senior management develop strategies to drive growth

Formación

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in the forex/CFD industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.
• Convert leads into active trading clients and grow the client network.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Support growth strategies with market insights and data.
