Job summary

Anyone AI Inc. is hiring a remote Collections Specialist to manage a regional LATAM portfolio, focusing on recovering payments from fellows under contract terms. You will negotiate payment plans, explain obligations, and coordinate with finance and legal to close cases.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in collections, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish. The role is fully remote with time-zone coordination across Argentina and other LATAM countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in collections, debt recovery, or payment negotiation.
• Experience managing portfolios in LATAM countries and Argentina.
• Proven results in payment recovery and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of fellows with active payment obligations and balances.
• Review contracts and contact records to prepare each interaction.
• Contact fellows via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Design follow-up sequences for unresponsive cases.
• Explain payment terms and obligations clearly with legal guidance.
• Negotiate plans within authorized limits and escalate as needed.
• Follow up until payments are received and recorded.
• Document activities and next steps in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and legal for escalation.
• Prepare files for cases needing legal review.
