Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, operating remotely across multiple countries. You will lead the monitoring team, coordinate with project and clinical leads, and drive delivery aligned with contracts, SOPs and regulatory standards.

You will oversee analytics, RBM tools, and study management plans, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring audit-ready documentation. A strong English command and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and coordinate with project and clinical leads.
• Monitor study metrics, trend analysis, and risk mitigation with RBM tools.
• Attend study team or client meetings and provide inputs for process improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
