Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive oversight of global clinical deliverables from a remote LATAM hub. You will partner with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost in line with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor junior staff, manage resources, and contribute to analytics strategy while ensuring proper RBM tools and templates. This role is remote for LATAM and requires senior leadership in clinical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site).
• +2 years in a Lead role with supervision responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Provide input to study teams, manage risk, and develop analytics strategy.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure documentation and RBM tools are maintained.
• Collaborate with project and clinical leads to optimize speed, quality and cost.
