IQVIA seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery aligned with contract, optimizing speed, quality and cost while adhering to IQVIA SOPs.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, oversee global project monitoring, mentor junior staff, and help develop analytics strategies with a focus on RBM tools and study efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead a team and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol, SOPs and guidelines.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA/CMAs).
• Develop analytics strategy and advance analytics for studies.
• Support monitoring strategy, triggers and thresholds in study plans.
• Attend study team and client meetings and contribute to decisions.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and eTMF oversight.
