Velocehr is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote options. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract, SOPs, and sponsor expectations while optimizing speed, quality and cost.

The role requires +3 years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site) and +2 years in a Lead role, with fluent English and excellent organizational and coaching skills to drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local regulations.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Serve as Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management for the study.
• Act as Clinical Lead when needed and support project closeout.
• Manage project resources including CRAs, central monitors, and staff.
• Develop monitoring strategies and RBM tools for studies.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready with eTMF oversight and coaching.
