Imágenes Del Sur is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to partner with the project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost. This is a remote, globally distributed role.

The position requires +3 years in clinical monitoring, +2 years in a Lead role, and strong English communication. You will mentor staff across multiple global projects and help shape monitoring strategies in a dynamic, cross-functional team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to lead team and work in global projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools; support project management in monitoring strategy.
• Attend study team and client meetings; provide inputs to study teams and key decision makers.
• Ensure complete documentation and eTMF oversight; maintain audit readiness.
