Lever, Inc. is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, largely remote, supporting multiple global projects across LATAM regions.

You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborate with project and clinical leads, ensure delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost, and ensure compliance with IQVIA SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Applicants should have 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site), 2+ years in a Lead role, excellent English, and strong

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Ability to lead a team and effectively work in a global project environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead with IP management and risk mitigation responsibilities.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinial Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and develop analytics strategy.
• Support monitoring strategy development and RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness for the study.
