Sercanto srl seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM to drive oversight of global clinical monitoring activities remotely. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with protocol, SOPs and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site) with at least 2 years in a lead role and strong English communication. You will mentor staff and help shape monitoring analytics and RBM templates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables across global projects.
• Identify risk and propose mitigation; manage IP, re-supply, re-labelling, and regulatory licenses as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTCs, CAMs).
• Develop analytics strategy and support monitoring strategy, including triggers/thresholds.
• Maintain complete study documentation and RBM tools; ensure audit readiness.
