Welo Global is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM (Remote). The role oversees the centralized monitoring team, aligning with project and clinical leads to deliver objectives per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost in compliance with IQVIA SOPs and practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and applicable regulatory requirements (ICH GCP).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global clinical deliverables.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risk and mitigations.
• May act as Clinical Lead on projects or closeout.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Monitor study/site metrics and trend analysis.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and advanced analytics.
• Support monitoring strategy and triggers.
• Attend study team or client meetings.
• Provide inputs to study teams and drive process improvements.
• Develop RBM tools and study management plans.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
• Mentor or coach junior staff.
