Propio Language Services, Inc. seeks a Centralized Monitoring Lead to drive global clinical monitoring activities in LATAM on a remote basis.

You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements while optimizing speed, quality and cost, in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and practices. The role requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in a lead role, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements; ICH GCP and local laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and mitigation planning.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and during project closeout.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and analytics; contribute to RBM tools and templates.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness for study tools and templates.
