Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong English communication is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee global studies and deliverables.
• Analyze study/site metrics and develop action plans to optimize quality and cost.
• Mentor junior staff and support RBM tools and templates.
• Coordinate with project and clinical leads and attend client meetings.
