IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for a remote LATAM role. You will partner with project and clinical leads to drive delivery per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost in accordance with IQVIA SOPs.

This position requires a life sciences degree, 3+ years in clinical monitoring (remote or on-site) and 2+ years in a lead role, with strong English. You will mentor staff and support RBM strategy across globally distributed projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal English (Mandatory).
• Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team to oversee clinical deliverables.
• Identify risks and propose mitigations for studies.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project teams.
• Develop analytics strategies and RBM tools.
• Ensure study documentation is audit-ready.
• Attend client meetings and drive process improvements.
