IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with remote work options. The role collaborates with project and clinical leads to meet contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality, and cost in line with IQVIA SOPs. Location flexibility spans LATAM with remote work in scope.

The position requires 3+ years in clinical monitoring, 2+ years in lead capacity, and strong English communication. You will mentor junior staff and ensure RBM strategies are executed across global projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site). Knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations for clinical trials.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with advanced English.
• Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
• Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
• Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP for assigned study including import/export licenses as needed.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTA, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop monitoring strategy and RBM tools and templates; ensure documentation and eTMF readiness.
