IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead in LATAM (Remote) to partner with project and clinical leads and drive delivery in accordance with IQVIA SOPs and client contracts. The role oversees the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects, ensuring timely, compliant monitoring and optimal quality, speed and cost.

Responsibilities include leading resources, managing study metrics, developing analytics strategy, supporting RBM tools, attending team meetings, and mentoring junior staff

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site CRA).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and regulatory requirements (ICH GCP and local laws).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, CTAs, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Develop study analytics strategy and RBM tools.
• Support monitoring strategy and study management plans.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
