The role involves mentoring junior staff and overseeing global project monitoring activities. The ideal candidate has +3 years in clinical monitoring, +2 years in a lead role, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site) with strong knowledge of ICH GCP and local regulations.
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced English.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and priorities.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and collaborate with project and clinical leads to meet sponsor objectives.
• Oversee clinical deliverables, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor study/site metrics, develop analytics strategies, and support monitoring plans.
