IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM, primarily remote. You will partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost, adhering to IQVIA SOPs. Location is remote across LATAM with global project responsibilities.

The role requires +3 years of clinical monitoring experience, +2 years in a Lead role, strong English skills, and a track record of leadership, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (remote or on site).
• +2 years in a Lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP.
• Fluent written and verbal English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables on global projects.
• Act as Unblinded Clinical Lead and manage IP, risks, and mitigations.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project and clinical leads.
• Manage project resources and monitor study metrics and trends.
• Develop analytics strategy and RBM tools for study quality and integrity.
• Support monitoring strategy development and attend client meetings.
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness.
