Job summary

Prometeo Talent is partnering with a digital services company to recruit an Affiliate Manager for LATAM. You will build and scale affiliate partnerships, recruit new partners, and optimize campaigns to drive sustainable growth across Latin America.

The role requires 3–5+ years in affiliate management, strong knowledge of LATAM markets, and proficiency in English. Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred, with fully remote work in an international environment offering performance-based

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management
• Solid experience working with LATAM markets
• Existing network or portfolio of active affiliates (SEO affiliates, influencers, media buyers, or traffic partners)
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools
• Ability to manage partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive performance-based growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional working proficiency in English
• Spanish or Portuguese as native language is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance, focusing on metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
• Support affiliates with promotional strategies and campaign optimization
• Ensure affiliates operate in line with brand guidelines and compliance requirements
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
