David Kennedy Recruitment is assisting a multinational financial services company in finding a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager to support LATAM from a remote Argentina location. The role entails recruiting affiliates, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance with a focus on ROI and growth opportunities.

You will negotiate deals, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing on assets and briefs, while travelling occasionally for conferences and events.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients and strong English/Spanish skills.
• Experience with LATAM markets and performance-based models.
• Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking systems, and ROI analysis.

Aufgaben

• Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs; manage relationships with partners.
• Monitor programs, campaigns, and partner activities; resolve issues.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid agreements; renew partnerships.
• Prepare proposals and evaluate ROI opportunities for campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Coordinate with marketing to prepare promotional assets and briefs.
• Represent the company at international conferences when required.
