Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager for LATAM support. The role is remote, based in Argentina, and offered as a B2B contract with base salary plus bonuses.

You will recruit and onboard Affiliates and IBs, manage programs, negotiate agreements, analyze performance data, and collaborate with creative teams to drive growth. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients and partners.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate channels and traffic models.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new Affiliates and IBs and maintain partner relationships.
• Manage and monitor affiliate programs, campaigns, and partner activities.
• Negotiate agreements and renewals with affiliates and networks.
• Analyze performance data and ROI for campaigns and growth.
• Coordinate with creative teams on promo materials and assets.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
