Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a multinational financial services company to onboard a Spanish‑speaking Affiliate Manager. This remote Argentina role focuses on LATAM markets, managing CPA, RevShare and Hybrid partnerships with a strong emphasis on performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management, a portfolio of LATAM affiliates, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management or Partner Marketing, preferably in iGaming or online trading sectors.
• Portfolio of LATAM clients or partners.
• Strong understanding of affiliate performance models and KPIs.
• Experience with affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates or similar tools.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with affiliates and media partners.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid partnership agreements.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (FTD, retention, traffic quality) and optimize campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
