Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a multinational financial services company to hire a Spanish-speaking Affiliate Manager for LATAM. This fully remote role is based in Argentina and offers a base salary plus bonuses under a Services Agreement.

You will recruit and onboard LATAM affiliates, manage campaigns, negotiate CPA/RevShare deals, and monitor performance with cross-functional teams to drive ROI. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Affiliate Management
• Portfolio of LATAM clients
• Experience with iGaming/online marketing
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills
• Proficient in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliates
• Build long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals
• Monitor performance and optimize ROI
• Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines
