Job summary
David Kennedy Recruitment is sourcing an Affiliate Manager for a multinational online trading company, focused on LATAM markets. This role is fully remote with Argentina as the working location and offers a base salary plus performance bonuses under a B2B contract.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in affiliate management within iGaming or online trading, a LATAM affiliate portfolio, and strong English skills.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming, sportsbook, betting, or performance marketing.
- Portfolio of LATAM affiliates or clients.
- Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership models.
- Proficient in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and events.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard LATAM affiliates and media partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliates.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing/analytics for campaign optimization.
- Support affiliates with promotional strategies and assets.
