Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking an Affiliate Manager to support LATAM for a multinational online trading company. The role is remote in Argentina with a B2B contract and base salary plus bonuses.

You will recruit and onboard affiliates, manage programs, negotiate deals, and monitor performance across LATAM while ensuring compliance and high-quality traffic. Fluency in English and Spanish/Portuguese is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Affiliate Management, ideally in iGaming or performance marketing
• Portfolio of LATAM clients
• Strong understanding of affiliate channels and KPIs
• Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners across LATAM
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliates and media partners
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders
• Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements
