SupportYourApp seeks a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot backend, databases, and integrations from a home office. You will analyze logs, reproduce issues in web and mobile interfaces, and escalate complex cases with clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, SRE, or engineering environments.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to read production data.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS) and log analysis tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 across backend, databases, and integrations.
• Reproduce bugs in web admin consoles, mobile apps, and APIs to aid resolution.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and suggest fixes.
• Escalate complex problems with clear documentation to Engineering.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge bases to reduce escalations.
