Job summary

SupportYourApp in Rosario, Argentina, is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to troubleshoot backend issues, analyze logs, and collaborate with Engineering from a home office. You will work with SQL, AWS, Sentry, Grafana, and API debugging to diagnose cross-system problems while maintaining runbooks and customer satisfaction.

This fully remote role targets an international team and USD compensation. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting, customer-facing experience, and excellent English (C1)

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills (C1) for spoken and written communication.
• Experience in Technical Support, SRE, or Engineering with strong troubleshooting and code-reading skills.
• Proven customer-facing experience in technical support or customer support.
• Strong SQL skills with production-scale relational databases.
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud tooling; ability to read logs and metrics.
• Ability to document findings clearly and explain technical concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues escalated from T1 involving backend systems and databases.
• Reproduce bugs across web admin consoles, mobile apps, and APIs.
• Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes.
• Query production databases (read-only) to validate data-related issues.
• Implement small, low-risk fixes and configuration changes.
• Escalate complex issues to Engineering with clear documentation.
• Track incidents and outages through resolution using monitoring tools.
• Maintain runbooks and knowledge bases to reduce escalations.
