Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to lead creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will manage timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and own projects from kickoff to delivery in a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, strong PM-tool proficiency (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello), and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities with stakeholders and teams.
• Working knowledge of how design and content fit into marketing campaigns.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project timelines across multiple campaigns in project management platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, copywriters, strategists) to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives and balance priorities.
• Track progress with reports, identify risks, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance creative operations.
• Serve as main point of contact and facilitate clear communication with internal teams.
