Job summary

Humand is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator (Creative Traffic Manager) for a US marketing agency. Fully remote from LATAM, you will plan and oversee creative campaigns, coordinate timelines in Asana, and liaise with designers, copywriters, and strategists to keep projects on track.

This hands-on role requires 2+ years of agency experience, strong PM tooling skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. You will own client accounts end-to-end, optimize processes, and report progress to stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience coordinating design, copywriting, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills required.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Wrike, Trello, Monday.com)

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines using PM tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional design, copy, and strategy teams.
• Manage workload and resources to meet objectives.
• Track & report progress to stakeholders with clear updates.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams.
